However, these additional functions require external or USB C power supply, and 48V phantom power is not enough to drive. You need to connect a mobile phone/computer and switch to USB digital output mode before use.

7. Do I need to switch on 48V phantom power when EJoy D10 PRO are connected to external devices such as sound cards?

No, because EJoy D10 PRO is a dynamic microphone, which can achieve basic audio transmission without power supply.

8. What if the microphone sound is too low? What’s the best use distance?

First, keep the microphone within 15m from the human voice source and ensure the correct sound pickup direction.Second, adjust the gain and monitoring volume to an appropriate position in digital mode since it cannot be adjusted in analog mode.
